United Nations General Assembly Hall in New York

I deeply love working with UN agencies like WHO, WFP and UNICEF, meeting inspiring people who have dedicated their lives to the greater good. The multicultural environment is magical: these are places where you realize how much we share as humans before our cultures differentiate us.

It sometimes feels like encountering a real-life Star Trek Federation.

These institutions aren’t perfect in their execution, but their founding principles and goals like the Sustainable Development Goals, make them a beacon of hope in a world full of sowers of dissension. The UN’s moral cornerstone, the [Universal Declaration of Human Rights](https://www.un.org/en/about-us/universal-declaration-of-human-rights?ref=multitasked.net), is a wonderful text, still revolutionary to this day

I wish the UN to live long and prosper.
